How Baldwin Apps started
Baldwin Apps began with a simple challenge: learning by building.
The journey started with Divided Notebook, an app originally built to teach myself Android development. At the time, I was using a dividends app and felt inspired to create something more useful and more thoughtfully designed myself.
Divided Notebook went on to reach more than 30,000 downloads, giving me real experience shipping software to a global audience and supporting a live product.
That foundation eventually grew into Baldwin Apps — a portfolio of apps designed to make technical learning, problem-solving, and professional growth more approachable through thoughtful design and practical functionality.
